Refund policy

1. DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

General 
No refund for any digital files (due to the nature of digital files).

Double Purchase 
Exchange / Refund will be offered if buyer mistakenly purchase a same item twice. 

Product Defect
Digital files will available for download by you as soon as we accept your order. If you find a Product is corrupt, or is missing on download, please let us know immediately, and we will resend the damaged/missing files. In cases where a corrupted file cannot be fixed, an exchange will be offered, or refund will be given for the price paid for the Product.

This policy requires that you permit sufficient time to remedy any problem with a Product. Most issues are resolved within seven (7) days and if we cannot resolve your issue with your Product within seven (7) days, we will provide a full refund for the amount you paid for the Product to the payment method you used when purchasing the Product as set for in these Terms.

2. PHYSICAL PRODUCT PURCHASE

Returns/Exchanges
Since all items are made to order, returns/exchanges are not accepted. 

Exceptions: 
- Damaged items
- Missing items

Include a brief description of the defect/damage in your message along with a photo of product in question. We will gladly ship you a replacement for any damanged/defective or missing products.
