Shipping policy

Digital files will be sent immediately after payment has been received. You will receive a separate e-mail with download link. Please make sure to enter a correct e-mail for a smooth transaction!

If you do not receive your follow-up e-mail with your digital files, please contact:

and we will be more than happy to assist you by re-sending the download links.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS

Fulfillment time is 1- 3 business days.  Which means we will create, pack and get your order ready for shipment within 1-3 business days.
(Business Days, by definition, does not include weekends and holidays.)

Orders are shipped via USPS within the U.S. Delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (this does not include
weekends/holidays). Once the packages are sent to our shipping provider,
arrival times are  in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

We are not held responsible for:

• Mistakes made by carriers (USPS, USP, etc)
• Wrong addresses given by customers
• Damage to orders by postal service
• PO box issues
• Stolen packages after delivery - we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If the order states “delivered” by carrier, please reach out to them to resolve issue. 

Please allow 10 business days before reaching out about shipping. Some items are made specially for you and may take additional time to process. 

If order is returned to us due to error in address, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs to have the order reshipped.
